Our shipping partners are Direct Freight Express and Australia Post for road freight and Toll Priority which uses 1kg, 3kg and 5kg airbags. Shipping partners are subject to change depending on product information due to the shipping partners specified terms and conditions. Note that there can be restrictions on shipping with some products, and some products cannot be shipped to all destinations. If there is a possibility that a customer thinks a product will be restricted call us for more information. Staff will also call or email the customer promptly if the order placed runs into any problems.

When you place an order, we will estimate shipping and delivery dates for you based on the availability of your items and the shipping options you choose. Depending on the shipping provider you choose, shipping date estimates will vary and may appear on the shipping quotes page. Orders will be dispatched within 2-3 business days. This can vary occasionally as some products may need to be ordered in, if this occurs staff will notify customers.

Please also note that the shipping rates for many items we sell are weight-based. The weight of any such item can be found on its detail page. To reflect the policies of the shipping companies we use, all weights will be rounded up to the next full pound.


International Delivery

For international orders we use FedEx Express. We believe it is the most efficient shipping partner for international deliveries. Reliable delivery to every U.S address and more than 220 countries and territories. Uses global air and ground network for best speed delivery in 3 to 10 business days, this number can be subject to change due to factors.

Delivery Process

At High Performance World we take serious care in packing for delivery, all purchases are packed for your purchase to arrive on time and efficiently. If your purchase requires an invoice it will be emailed to you, be sure to provide us with your correct email address.

Your purchase will be ready for dispatch within 24 hours of placing the order and receiving your payment (Monday to Friday ex public holidays) High Performance World will contact you via email or phone if there are any delays expected.

At High Performance World we want all our customers to be happy with their purchase. If for some reason you are not completely satisfied with your purchase you may return most new, unopened items within 7 days of delivery for a full refund. All returns of products are at the customers expense and are responsible to pay the return postage fee.

If you need to return an item, simply login to your account, view the order using the "Complete Orders" link under the My Account menu and click the Return Item(s) button. We'll notify you via e-mail of your refund once we've received and processed the returned item.

You should expect to receive your refund within four weeks of giving your package to the return shipper, however, in many cases you will receive a refund more quickly. This time period includes the transit time for us to receive your return from the shipper (5 to 10 business days), the time it takes us to process your return once we receive it (3 to 5 business days), and the time it takes your bank to process our refund request (5 to 10 business days).

2) High Performance World Pty Ltd will then evaluate the reason of your wish to return your purchase. If a valid reason is given within the 7 day time line we will e-mail you back with a reference number and instructions on what to do next. (Do not send any items back to High Performance World without a reference number.) High Performance World Pty Ltd will not refund the delivery cost or the delivery cost of returning the item/s purchased.
3) All returns must be returned in their original condition and packaging,  with labels still attached within 7 days of the receipt date, for a full refund of the purchase price.
4) Once your purchase has been returned to High Performance World Pty Ltd (in its original condition with labels still attached) High Performance World Pty Ltd will refund either by:
E.F.T or store credit.

Safety Information

All products should only be installed or used by Licenced or Accredited Trades People. Any injury or harm cause to the customer is not High Performance Worlds fault unless other factors.

Payment Methods

Please Note: High Performance World Pty Ltd, preferred method of payment is through Electronic Funds Transfer (E.F.T) We also accept Credit Card VISA and MasterCard.

If paying by direct deposit ensure you include the "Order Number" as the reference during the transaction and email the bank transaction receipt to accounts@highperformanceworld.com.au

Direct Deposit orders will only be processed once the funds have cleared. It can take 2 business days or more before funds are deposited.


High Performance World Pty Ltd accepts payment in Australian Dollars. We also accept your MasterCard, VISA Credit Card for purchases.
